MAKING A RALLI HALL ROOM BOOKING
PLEASE NOTE: All Ralli Hall room hire and facilities are subject to our general terms and conditions with a set of detailed T&Cs provided at the time of booking – Terms & Conditions
BOOKINGS
All room hire bookings and facilities bookings are subject to the strict terms and conditions of Ralli Hall – please see T&Cs supplied. A non-refundable room hire deposit is required. Please note also that Ralli Hall only hires venue rooms to religious and political groups by prior arrangement depending on the event and use. Our in-house caretakers are usually onsite for the duration of whole event to assist with setting-up your event as well as checking conformity of health and safety aspects.
PAYMENT
An advance room and event hire deposit is required on all bookings and hire with balance of full payment required prior to event.
ACCESS
We have a wide door side entrance to the main hall for wheelchair access. We also have a wheelchair ramp for the front main reception entrance. There is no elevator facility at Ralli Hall.
PARKING
Please note there is no onsite public parking facility at Ralli Hall. The onsite parking we have is strictly reserved for drop-off deliveries and Ralli Hall staff only. However there is ample roadside parking, disability parking spaces and the Hove Station public parking facilities close by.
FOOD & DRINKS
Ralli Hall can offer event organisers a wide variety of food, drink and catering options including licensed bar, refreshments, buffet, etc. We have an onsite kitchen subject to strict vegetarian. Tuna, White Fish and Salmon are allowed. Some rooms have their own ensuite kitchen or food and drinks preparation facilities. Please ask for more details regarding catering, food and drinks.
CHILDREN
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when on the premises. Ralli Hall does not accept responsibility for children.
ANIMALS
Please note animals are not allowed on the premises with the exception of guide dogs by prior arrangement. Ralli Hall does not accept responsibility for any animals whilst on the premises.
INTERNET-WIFI-BROADBAND
Ralli Hall is pleased to have available free Wi-Fi throughout the venue but please note Wi-Fi users do so at their own discretion and as an open network Ralli Hall cannot be held accountable for user’s device and your online security.
AUDIO VISUAL (AV)
Our main hall has an impressive wide screen projector system for laptop and DVD presentations together with full stereo surround sound audio and theatre stage with professional lighting. We can also offer the hire of our projector, projector table, microphone/stand, connecting cables and extension mains supply.
Some of our rooms already have a fitted TV and other equipment installed. Please enquire at time of booking. All rooms have various located mains sockets for organisers to bring their own equipment (subject to approval, terms, conditions). Please discuss equipment usage on booking.
SECURITY
Ralli Hall takes every aspect of personal and site security very seriously. We have CCTV throughout the venue, secure front entrance locking and audio, high level alarm system throughout, certified fire system with extinguishers, fire doors. All rooms are secured by ‘entryphone’ system. We can also refer organisers to companies providing reception and door security personnel.
